Nattokinse is enzyme  produced by Bacillus subtilis, Spore bacteria who naturally lives in the soil.  Bacillus subtilis is a "beneficial bacteria" who inhabitated in our gut.  It produces Vitamin B12, which helps red blood cells mature, and produces the enzyme, nattokinase, which dissolved the protein, fibrin, which forms the structure of blood clot.
